Add this to anything for a yummy spicy kick, its very strong concentration, all natural great tasting , I make my own healthy home made sodastream ginger ale , also frequently add to teas, cocktails, mocktails, refreshing drinks going to work outs. Long shelf life in the fridge. Much better option than all the fake synthetic chemical loaded flavor syrups that are out there.

Pretty pricy for something that is 30% juice in a plastic bottle
Look at your downvotes. Glass bottles of cold pressed 100% organic juice sell for a little more than this. And that's 100% juice, not cut with apple or grape juice and only 20-30% fruit. This is actually priced way above what it should be for the juice content
maybe it was just my experience, but for me, this was not ginger juice, it was about 70% fibrous pulp and 30% juice
I've been putting an ounce of this and an ounce of tart cherry concentrate in my nightly protein shake for years. I have gotten bottles like that a few times but it's not usual. You do need to shake it up really well before pouring though. It's 99% ground ginger and 1% citric acid so it's really strong. Gives the shake a nice kick!

Once you open it, how long is it good for?
I bought one of these bottles and couldn't finish it within 60-90 days. One table spoon of this stuff on my daily drink gave it a real kick though.

Hmm, I've just making ginger shots by buying ginger and blending it with apple and lime juice in a 5:5:1 ratio, then filtering it out using a metal coffee filter for my bodum pour over apparatus... Wondering if I should just try this instead?
