I spent $8.99 (or was that 9.99?) for shipping for 3 units about 1 month ago. They work as I expected - low power so no PFC, I don't have professional testers but with my simple USB-C power tester, its power quality shows no obvious issues.
I used them for smart home devices mainly, its thin block shape is great for mounting on wall and power a motion sensor and a camera together. Sadly there's not so many similar products on market, and this is the cheapest among them especially when you care about certifications.

18Ws look fine
20Ws seem to have a mediocre failure rate
100W - "When a device is plugged in either a laptop or a cell phone at random time for fraction of a second it disconnects and reconnects the charging process" and "This product is not GROUNDED - I repeat...
