Bought this a few years ago and it's crap. Don't waste your money. Barely vacuumed the leaves and took hours cleaning the shredder section

I also bought this years ago. My experience is the following. Blower is poor. Mulching works great are far as saving your back and bags. I'd say 6 to 1 on the low end. Tips: dry leaves only. Use a gas blower to make your large piles then go to a happy place and mulch. Vacuum definitely could be stronger and you will have to empty the bag often.

Maybe that's it. Live in the nw we don't have dry leaves. Mulching never works either wet leaves. I guess it's good if you live places with little rain during fall

Since this one isn't good, any others to keep an eye on? I need a vacuum for leaves more than anything else

This may not work if you have tons and tons of leaves, but what works for me is to create a pile of leaves with a blower or rake, and then I run over the pile with my
Lawnmower that has the grass catcher on it - despite you thinking the mower would just disperse the leaves everywhere, on mine at least it puts the leaves very nicely into the mower catch basket!

I'll second this. I have an strong Greenworks blower to gather the leaves then mulch them using this. I use the "net" attachment to empty into a big trash bin to avoid having to empty the small bag it comes with 20 times.Absolutely will not work on wet leaves or even the leaves in the bottom of the pile that have soaked up moisture. You'll end up taking it apart every 2 minutes. Not a professional level tool by any means but at $60 it makes collecting dry leaves much more efficient.

I got it a few weeks ago for a specific purpose. I get a ton of leaves inside my pool fence that I can't get out unless I remove the fence sections. This thing allows me to blow them to the edges and vacuums very well. I was pretty impressed with how much leaves fit in that bag due to the mulching. The motor seems more powerful than your battery powered stuff. But cords are annoying

I tried and returned it. The vacuum was weak and the motor incredibly loud. I got the higher CFM version instead and it works much better. Not incredibly powerful but good enough to be helpful and not frustrating.

What did you mean "net" attachment? I had the same problem to spend most of the time to empty the bag coming with the vacuum... Thanks!
