One4All is an Online Exchange program. Once you buy a card from them, it will give you access to over 100 different retailers and brands that you can then select an egift card(s) from.

I can confirm that purchasing a $100 One4All GC does count as "$100 spend" towards the Target Circle Bonus Offer (if you have it, YMMV).

Also, IF you get an "error" message when clicking on "Access My Gard Card" in the $10 Target gc email, don't worry. That just means the $10 Target GC has Already been added directly to your account.

One4All is an Online Exchange program. Once you buy a card from them, it will give you access to over 100 different retailers and brands that you can then select an egift card(s) from.

I had the target circle card bonus as well, which made it $100 gift card for $95 (red card) - $10 target gift card - $10 circle reward. Great deal.

A month ago they ran $15 target eGC with $100 One4All eGC. Looks that's not coming back as it's only $10 target eGC now.

No you don't. I bought 2 cards already and my Circle Progress Chart already shows "$20 in Rewards earned."
