One4All is an Online Exchange program. Once you buy a card from them, it will give you access to over 100 different retailers and brands that you can then select an egift card(s) from.

I can confirm that purchasing a $100 One4All GC does count as "$100 spend" towards the Target Circle Bonus Offer (if you have it, YMMV).

Also, IF you get an "error" message when clicking on "Access My Gard Card" in the $10 Target gc email, don't worry. That just means the $10 Target GC has Already been added directly to your account.

Where is there a list of retailers that you can exchange the ULTIMATE for?
I don't think there is an EXACT accurate list because as it says on the bottom of this list "*Available brands may differ by gift card and are subject to CHANGE." With Ikea being one example, not actually available.

Which Retailers are you looking for? If you Post it on this thread, then maybe another SDer can check that Brand for you or already knows.

Since this gives you a $10 target gift card. To qualify for the target circle bonus do I need to make a purchase of $110?
No - $100 is fine - it still triggers the reward

I like Safeway/Albertsons/Pavillions/Vans instore deal more ($25 off next visit with $150 Zillions gift purchase), there are options redeemable in Amazon and 600 points on top but it has its' limitations - $25 coupon expires soon, need to go to a store.

Do both ultimate cards have Home Depot option?

Quote from nottrollin :
I will say that the cards that have ULTIMATE in the title, will have 150+ choices to select from. So these two ULTIMATE cards here:

https://www.target.com/p/100-o4a-...A-93706107

Whereas this "Cheers to You!" card, you can ONLY select from the 7 options pictured on the front: Home Depot, Dominos, DSC, REI, Top Golf, Fanatics and Outback.- https://www.target.com/p/cheers-t...A-84006874

Never buy one for all give cards what I found in Europe they can only be used in certain stores if you don't use them after a while they charge a monthly charge until money expires most gift cards are not used there are billions of unused $$$$ gift cards give cash instead
From Reddit
Bought this for my elderly parents thinking it was a gift card. It is not a gift card. It is a code to buy gift cards online.

We have One4All in the UK. Here you can use them like a gift card online or in store but you can't pay the difference online if you want to spend over the card amount, you can only purchase things up to the amount on the card. In store you need to know the amount on the card as this will be deducted when you buy an item which can be a PITA if using it as part payment. Sorry, this is as clear as mud, but I always groan inwardly if receiving these as a gift as they are purposely confusing.
literally work at nordstrom and I loathe those things. Especially if it's an older person using them because I have to explain they have to redeem on one4all before they can redeem it here
Worst gift idea. We've received this. Big chore to get on the site and look, never the store you need participating. I mean, it's better than no gift but not by THAT much.
My boss gives me these for my birthday. It was confusing on the first try but I finally read the small print. You activate the card on the website and then assign part or all of the card's value to a particular vendor. Upon completion you get an email with a code on it. When you pay at the store/restaurant, you can type in the code
It's set up so you
Never use them

A month ago they ran $15 target eGC with $100 One4All eGC. Looks that's not coming back as it's only $10 target eGC now.
Just like with the last apple promo, they floated the $10 promo first and then came back with the $15 promo later and you could only do it once.

Here we have $10 before Christmas, are we thinking the $15 promo will come back in the next couple of weeks?

Are there any confirmed Target circle bonus offers at the moment? I know it's a YMMV thing but I don't think I have received a single one in at least a couple months and it feels I used to receive them all of the time before

I know this one with the silver banner and red bow on top works for Home Depot because that's what I used it for. https://www.target.com/p/100-one4...A-92784375

Not as great last time where they offered $15 target gift card with $10 circle bonus but still pretty good as I need more.

I can confirm it works with the one4all ULTIMATE version (candy cane if it matters) and there are 163 retailers to choose from. Sephora and ikea for sure was NOT on it. Home Depot's and Lowe's are. I already redeemed and target circle bonus $10 and $10 target rule gift card posted to my account.
