One4All is an Online Exchange program. Once you buy a card from them, it will give you access to over 100 different retailers and brands that you can then select an egift card(s) from.
I can confirm that purchasing a $100 One4All GC does count as "$100 spend" towards the Target Circle Bonus Offer (if you have it, YMMV).
Also, IF you get an "error" message when clicking on "Access My Gard Card" in the $10 Target gc email, don't worry. That just means the $10 Target GC has Already been added directly to your account.
This One4All eGift Card deal is mainly useful as a flexible way to turn $100 into retailer gift cards, with the ULTIMATE version offering 150 plus choices and the redemption flow handled through the One4All site. Home Depot, Lowe's, and multiple smaller denominations across different brands can be selected, and the $10 Target eGift Card has been attaching to accounts as expected. The main caveat is that the exact retailer list is not fixed, with some brands like Sephora and IKEA not appearing, and some redemptions can feel awkward or fail at checkout. It is a handy stack if the included stores fit your shopping list.
Target Circle stackers buying retailer gift cards, because the purchase can trigger the $10 per $100 reward and the emailed $10 Target card.
Shoppers who want to split one balance across multiple stores, because the exchange can be redeemed into multiple smaller gift cards from different brands.
Shoppers who need a predictable redemption list, because available brands can change and some listed retailers, including IKEA, may not actually be available.
Buyers who want a simple one-card, one-store experience, because the exchange flow requires choosing a retailer first and the standard list is not a fixed set of regular cards.
Using the gift cards can be operationally difficult, including reports that online use at retailer websites is not supported and purchases must match exact amounts.
Yes, the $100 purchase can count toward the Target Circle spend requirement and trigger the $10 reward, even though the offer text says gift card purchases are excluded. The reward can also stack with RedCard 5% off when applicable.
Home Depot and Lowe's are confirmed options, and HomeGoods/TJ Maxx/Marshalls are also believed to be included. Sephora and IKEA were reported as not available, and the exact list can differ by card.
It is an online exchange card: after purchase, you choose a retailer and convert it into one or more eGift cards from the available brands. The ULTIMATE version has 150+ choices, while the retailer list can vary by card and change over time.
No clear purchase limit was identified, but repeated identical $100 purchases back-to-back can trigger fraud alerts and cancellations. Staggering transactions may reduce that risk.
Yes. The $100 balance can be divided into smaller denominations and even split across different brands, such as one $25 Domino's card and three $25 Home Depot cards.
I bought two $100 Home Depot GC for $95 each. Also the GC purchased added to my three rewards (spend $100 and earn $10 target rewards and spend $150 and earn $15, and get $10 reward for every $100 spent). Basically got $45 target rewards and $20 GC.
Ok, I'm definitely doing something incorrectly - I have $15 off $100, 5% birthday, spend $100 earn $10 and this 10% off and only one applies - what gives? I'm on the app - does that matter?

I don't think there is an EXACT accurate list because as it says on the bottom of this list "*Available brands may differ by gift card and are subject to CHANGE." With Ikea being one example, not actually available.
Is there a limit of 1 or you can buy multiple at store in different transactions?
I don't know of any limits. I just do them as separate transactions. And if you're doing a bunch, maybe stagger the time between purchases.
If you make a bunch of identical $100 GC purchases in a row, it could set off 'Fraud Alerts' and then your order gets cancelled.
These cards suck. You can't use them online at any of their websites and they have to run them as credit. So you need to buy exactly the amount on the card in a purchase otherwise it will decline the purchase. I ended up going to Lowes and use the $50 one I had to purchase a $50 Lowes gift card. It was a hassle. Never again.
