I can confirm that purchasing a $100 One4All GC does count as "$100 spend" towards the Target Circle Bonus Offer (if you have it, YMMV).
Also, IF you get an "error" message when clicking on "Access My Gard Card" in the $10 Target gc email, don't worry. That just means the $10 Target GC has Already been added directly to your account.

Gift cards are a hassle, but I just bought 2 of these cards and converted to Lowe's on the One4All website, then ordered a microwave online at Lowe's with no problems (yet). If you shop at Target, this is a much better and hassle free deal than the Kroger one.
1. Is the redemption hard
-No. You get the link, you click it and you choose which "company/store" you want and then One4all website sent you that "store" gift card. Use it as normal gift card.
2. Is the target circle 10 each 100 use applicable with this.
-Yes, it's crazy because it says there it's not eligible for gift card purchases. But, I believe this was missed by target. But it works.
3. Does 5% red card also applies.
-Yes. I paid gift card 95.5$. I was also able to get the circle 10$ and the bonus 10$ gift card.
All together using the red card, red card circle 10/100, and the gift card for buying 100, I paid 377 for 500 worth of gift card.
The best option I think is to buy in the ongoing sales on stores.
This GCs hacks are the best one for this holiday!

Only one got it the use 100 get 10 bucks reward up to 500/50. Ended last night. 12.13.
I also took the yearly Circle (59.99) which gives monthly items and some perks. This was free couple of months ago for red card users (via rewards as well).
