Community Reviews
ASUS ROG Xbox Ally is a Windows handheld that appeals most for portable PC gaming and Xbox Play Anywhere titles, with an Xbox controller style grip and a 7 inch 1080p 120 hertz screen. The community also notes that Steam can run on it, and Game Pass games can be played offline after an online launch or with offline permissions enabled. The main drawback is game support, since it does not play all Xbox games and several big releases are not available unless they are on PC or Game Pass. Performance is also described as modest for the price, making it a better fit for lighter use than for chasing the biggest games.

Yes, Microsoft has been working on making exclusives less of a thing, but it's not there yet and plenty of games will say "Made for Xbox" on the shelf that are in a "not this one" scenario.

TBH this appeals to me because I can take my Xbox library on the go and have a portable pc and access to all the other pc games. Plus the Xbox controller handles will make it an easy switch.
Open to alternatives, especially at this price point.
