I've bought this before. As someone else said, always limited to 1 (at this price). Amazon doesn't divulge who it outsources for pasta. I personally have no complaints about the quality of their pasta.

If you can't trust reviews and have concerns about where it may have been made (e.g. The International Space Station) , I recommend you purchase a name brand pasta you know you can trust.

I have been really impressed and surprised by all the Amazon Grocery stuff, like I really did NOT want to like them and had gift cards to burn, but they are really decent, remind me a lot of the Kroger store brand stuff
