Yes, they're fine. You probably don't want to go beyond 6-8 miles every day with them but otherwise they're great shoe at this price.

Shipping should be free when you're logged into your FLX Rewards account. I've had issues before where it didn't recognize that I was logged in for some reason, and using incognito or switching browsers worked for me.

Mileage doesn't matter that much, especially between Vomero and Pegasus. 30 isn't even a lot. It's more about your weight, running gate, and what feels great on your foot (disappears).
