The battery life is significantly better with 226V(as well as the integrated graphics) but 125H (2023 Ultra 5) has more horsepower overall.

If I take it with me on the road it will probably last 2-3 hours. Whether that is good enough depends on personal requirements. In theory laptops with 226V will last much longer due to lower power consumption.
