This is just not gonna work for many folks. There are no side columns to hold the hanging rods. You need to have precise or close to precise wall space to nail the side hanging rods to the walls on both sides. This just defeats the whole purpose of this kind of closets where many of us want something that can stand on its own without nailing, ripping concrete walls. For less than half price of this, you can get closet modeules, though smaller, that can assemble easily and stand on their own. Plus, this is still expensive even if its "heavy duty" and since when 30% off is a slick deal !

It appears each end has almost 20 inches of adjustable wiggle room, so roughly ~3.5ft total. That's a pretty fair wiggle room for within a closet space, no?

That's why I said "close to precise length" its a good feature for wiggle but many of us don't have those vertical columns on both sides for those lengths. Room walls in small apt are farther apart and they would still not fit in this. As I said, this is not for those who need standalone closet structure
