Better processor Ryzen 7 vs Ryzen 5, 16GB more of ram and the 5060Ti have more Tension cores and Cuda cores.

I am recommending this AMD one to my nephew for 2 reasons. 1. AM5 chipset means you can upgrade the processor down the line and have a lot of good choices. Intel socket compatibility is very limited between generations. 2. If the video review is right and you only get 1 16gb ram kit you can then purchase a second compatible version and run it double rate.

As far as the card, best is to check that against the games your playing.

Since the paypal cash back offer is gone, and if your not upgrading - hold onto the intel.

The issue with the other person's comment is that the Ryzen 7 8700F will perform only slightly better in games than the Ryzen 5 since both have 16MB L3 Cache. The RAM is the main difference and the 5060 Ti is faster than the 5060 but still limited by the VRAM. The other one isn't much better but given RAM prices and that both the CPU and GPU are slight upgrades it's worth the extra $150.
Personally, I'd rather have the Cyberpower with 7800XT or the refurb Acer deals with 4070 Ti around this $850-1000 price point so I wouldn't buy either, but if you need one now it's not the worst deal.
