I bought a open box s24 ultra from the same vendor, it was described as a returned unused item in perfect cosmetic condition. I received a fairly used device in good to very good condition. I had to do a return. They have great prices but I was not happy with the misleading description and my waste of time.

Nice price, but only because it's in "good" condition which is at least 2 notches below "excellent" on the refurb scale. Is it good enough? Maybe, but probably not. Seller's description: "This Galaxy S24 Ultra is 100% functional in Good condition, item will include scratches and dents on the front, back, and corners of the product." On ebay just scroll down to the similar items section, and you'll find one in excellent condition for only $38 more. Hard pass.

$200 more gets you a brand new S25U from Sammie directly. Not enough of a discount here imo.

once a newer model comes out, you'll get more for the trade in credit than the purchase price, even 2 years old ultra models frequently gets up to $800 credit. and I can't imagine this phone getting much cheaper than this. Good deal, IMO.

S25 Ultra doesn't have a Bluetooth enabled S-Pen, so you lose out on features like remote shutter and air gestures.

To some, the S24 Ultra is a better choice over the S25 Ultra because of this.

In my experience with these types of ebay refurbishers, there is a high chance you might get phones that are graded higher than they should be. If you do decide to give it a chance be sure to inspect it closely internally and externally. Most of these refurbishers handle multiple of these models at once. Thats also why they don't provide an actual image of the phone you're buying.

On another note. The S24U itself is still a very capable phone that could last years as long as it is purchased in an acceptable condition.

Considering the pen is part of the phone, it should come with it. The only accessory that the listing provides is a "generic UL certified cable" for charging. You will not get a SIM eject tool (if they still provide them, that is).
