It appears there are more DJI drones on the market than buyers and with an upcoming deadline with conditions unknown, I can see minimizing some of the risks and unloading as much inventory for now....only to substantially raise the prices later if you have to. Maybe there are sellers who are artificially dropping the price with no intentions to sell the drone but trying to impact the market prices.

Personally I would not buy a drone from Aliexpress. I buy stuff routinely from them, but generally stuff under $100. On one item it was never delivered (multiple months) and they denied all my claims for my money back. I eventually had to do a chargeback. It blew my mind that I could have hundreds of orders with no issue but then they would hassle me about one item. I changed my buying habits on Ali after that.
