Resolved: Can't Update Profile Picture

Hello there,

I have tried to update my profile picture/avatar with an uploaded picture multiple times. However, it never takes hold. It says to give it 24/48 hours for it to take effect, but it never updates and ends up blank. Any ideas why it's not working?

Unfortunately, there is a known issue with uploading avatars at this time and most file formats are not working.
Can you please try again with a JPG? Hopefully that will work for you.

I tried again last week, and it's still not working Frown. Any idea when it'll be back up?

I tried to use a picture from a URL this evening, and it doesn't appear to have worked either.

I think some things are still broken but I just successfully uploaded a png [directly, not via url]. Can you try one to see if that works for you?

Tried from my laptop. Oddly, one of them would just bomb out in the browser. I tried another one, and the upload worked, but the image still hasn't showed up on my avatar :/

I thought maybe it was a classic vs redesign but I was able to upload both jpeg and png in both versions of the site so...it's a mystery.

What browser/os do you use? I've been using chrome on windows.
