Water residue is calcium deposits. Acids like citric acid or lemon would dissolve it a lot cheaper and less abrasively.

I use for cleaning garage floor after oil changes..no matter how careful always get some oil on cement, it does a good job.

Get the cardboard sheets between product layers at Costco. TP stacks and other product isles. Works wonders!

This cleaner works great. I used it to clean my five-year-old's gill, and it was very effective. However, I found a better deal at Walmart for the same product at $2.24.
