This is low end stainless steel products just with a nice handle. Good as a starter set but bad because it's painted and that'll chip over time. Stainless steel should be all metal all over, ideally completely cladded with no disc on the bottom, but that costs more money.

I've never heard of the brand, but I'd recommend the second set, Carote 23-Piece Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Cookware Set. If you want a decent set, check out Costco too.
