I am very confused by the listed dimensions. 1195 inches wide? Somehow I don't think this thing is 100 feet wide.

Is there a restocking fee when you return it? It's the only thing stopping me from buying from Samsung

I purchased thru Samsung but picked it up thru Best Buy which seems to have much looser return restrictions. Ymmv

LOL...Samsung web page has the units of measure incorrect. 47 inches = 1193 mm

When did you return them and did you say they were damaged/defective in some way? Because from what I can see the policy changed about a year ago, and it says there's a 5% restocking fee unless the item was defective.

I was thinking of doing a Best Buy pickup if I do get one. I read that it's still Samsung's return policy though when you return it there, not Best Buy's. So were you able to return it with no trouble?
