Oh, what is this new way of winding. Perhaps everyone else is winding from the outer part to the inner part.

$10/spool of PLA. Was over priced before, still over priced.
So PLA and PLA+ is the same thing? Enlighten me.

Does this work with the Bambu labs A1 combo with the ams lite? Getting that for a Christmas gift and can't figure out what works with it or what size rolls or if some adapter is needed.

Yes. This sunlu pla+ 2.0 and Bambu Lab PLA Tough+ are my 2 favorite pla filaments to use with the ams lite. (I have the a1 mini and love it)

If they come in newer generation spool which are blue and look similar to Bambu spool then they will fit without any issues. If they come in older generation spool you might have to print an adapter for it, which are available at Maker world.

Where are you getting PLA+ cheaper than $10/kg?

You're correct that $10/kg is a very good price for PLA+, but just as a FYI, there are options out there on the regular depending on your filament color requirements, where you can score 1kg rolls for under $10 but it is definitely a YMMV opportunity. I just picked up a 4kg bundle of this Sunlu PLA+ 2.0 filament in Black for $29.37 ($7.34 per 1kg roll) and there is currently other options, like this one for grey on Amazon https://a.co/d/gHFMBwl

Start with Youtube videos showing tests of PLA vs PLA+. Ever see a test from a manufacture to back up their claims? Ever notice how they use words like "fracture toughness" and "professional-grade". You don't need to take my word for it but you can feel free to do some quick research if you want to know for yourself.

Random few clips on youtube suggests PLA+ are better than the original PLA. Regardless of how much advantage, it's a tad more than regular PLA if you can find it less then $10 per kg.
