This TV has been awesome, quick UI. Best for bright rooms. No complaints at all. Plan is to use it on wheels as an outdoor TV in the summer but it was such an upgrade to our bedroom TV we are using it now

I have a fairly bright living room. My TCL series 5 just doesn't cut it in day time. Would this be better? I can't find on Rtings. There is this - https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews...a/f50-qled is that the model?
Still fire tv though - uugh.

How noticeable is a 60Hz for gaming?

Mostly casual gamer like online Halo and single player games

Some nice open box deals for $160-$170 depending on the condition, too. Got this tv for a friend and it has worked great

I picked one of these up on Black Friday to replace an old, dead Panasonic plasma in my game room. So far, it is really impressive. It has a fantastic picture and a decent amount of features and calibration options for a cheap TV. It also has a dedicated gaming mode, and I believe it even supports 120hz at 1440p and 1080p, which is good enough for the gaming I do. Biggest drawback is that it uses the Fire TV OS, but that can either be a plus or a minus, depending on if you are a Fire TV user. Great bedroom or spare room TV!

I don't see anything about 120 Hz support?

Bought this when it came up a couple months ago, great deal. The picture is great, sharp and vivid. We absolutely love it.
