I tried this new from Best Buy and it's a great laptop but I dislike having a numpad so I returned it. This is a great price though the concern would be the battery capacity for the one you would eventually get.

I wonder if this CPU in this laptop gets hot and makes the fans spin up.
I had the same Acer with an I9-185h but an IPS screen from Costco BF2024. The noise was the main reason I returned it.

Other things not so great: the battery life isn't very good with these CPUs and these Acer battery sizes, sound is below average, and the screen digs in your legs if used as a laptop.

On the plus side it is a lot of laptop for the money, the CPU crunched through anything I threw at it,with 32gb ram, I was usually running a well provisioned VM without issues.
