Trying to figure out how big/small the individual LED units are. I'm kinda constrained on mounting space. I don't think i have more than 1-2 inches of overhang to put them on.

Anyone who already own this specific type willing to provide info?

Every starter spec house around me has these lights. Dont look good imo. Theres a reason you dont see stuff like this on nicer houses.

i mean people are just trying to be festive and enjoy the holidays. hell, some of the nicest houses/nicest displays i've ever seen where put up by people that were paid by the homeowners to put up the display. Everybody celebrates differently, let them enjoy what they can. I don't think it's a bad thing to go a little overboard because you like a holiday a lot, that happens anywhere.

I have seen these on homes of all types including homes that cost several million. I will say what I notice is that the nicer homes will have better installs with proper programming outside of the holidays. In low COL areas with these installs I have seen crazy lights shows blasting year round - pretty tacky.

I bought these a year ago on BF. They have failed already, trying to get support currently from Anker. Hopefully they will replace them. Initially one section failed, but just yesterday the entire power supply seems to be gone. I hope it's the power supply because I'd hate reinstalling these set on the house again

I hate these lights. These starting to show up in our neighbors and these houses are definitely not a start spec house. Yeah it might seem cool at first but I bet these will be out of fashiong in 1-2 seasons. I don't care how well you program these. Cordinated flashing light shows is all cool and I get that but call me old school, I just love good old warm glowing incardense christmas lights and I have yet to find an LED light sets that gives me same feeling.

I have the Govee 2 Pro on my house year round with a dim warm light. I don't care for the festivities much but imo it can be done in a subtle way without being distracting and tacky.
