Both really. They are slip-ins, but they do still have normal laces. So if you tie them loose enough you can slip in and out, but if you want to you can also cinch the laces down tight, or adjust anywhere in between.

I wear these most every day and really like them. At this price I ordered a few since I tend to wear through soles.

Yeah it's too bad as I like these shoes, but I don't see myself buying $75 worth from them to get the free shipping. I wish Amazon or Walmart would match. ;-)

They are pretty comfortable for walking and jogging. But they will be worn out little faster than other running shoes. But for the price, they are still worth to have.

I don't think they are as good. They felt really good at first, but that didn't last long. I found the arch support is lacking, I regret buying these at the price I paid, which was double this price. That said, if you are looking for some casual shoes that you aren't gonna do a ton of walking in, they are decent, comfortable shoes. If not for the shipping, I'd pick up another pair.
