It looks like a good deal I prefer pirelli angels , it's more of a hybrid street tire and you will get almost double the miles out of them.

Agreed, depends on your use case. I put these on my track bike last summer and they stick good once you get some heat in them. But if mileage is a concern there are definitely better options.

Great price for these though! I paid over $300 for mine.

I would NOT buy these.
Rosso II is an old model (they're up to IV now), and I suspect that these are old stock with old manufacture dates.

People recommend replacing motorcycle tires ~6 years after they've been manufactured. I wouldn't be surprised if these tires are already older. I personally wouldn't mind stretching it out if (1) they've been stored appropriately, (2) you know what to look for in terms of dry rot, etc, and (3) you keep always keep in mind that it's old (probably harder) rubber and stay away from spirited riding and trackdays. But the price would need to be at least.. half this for me to even start considering it.
