How do you receive/use these? My payment went through and I got a thanks for your order email. But no email with actual information or a link to get tickets.

If I log onto Giftory, it shows my order. But if I hit the access order button, there's nothing listed...

My "Thank you for your order" email has a button that says "Get Your Tickets" right under the order summary.

It does not. All it says is "we appreciate your recent purchase with us! As a thank you, here's 20% off your next purchase!". And a coupon code. Thats it. There is no get tickets button or order summary.
