They are selling membership gift packets (shopping bag and certificate) in store for $65 with a $30 bonus card.
I suspect those gift memberships don't have the same "must be a new member" restrictions but I'm not certain.


edit: took a photo of the sign in store today with terms:

Lol we "lived with my father-in-law" for like 2+ years they asked us to visit the service center, we always "forgot". We wised up and paid cash instead of checks with our address on it and then they started taking our CC. Haven't been back in over a year.

(If anyone didn't get it we did not live with our father-in-law)

It's a subscription Ponzi scheme. Your membership fees are being used to bring in new members. They make most of their profits from the membership fees

Dont get it on 12/31 it will expire next year on 12/31 . If you get it on 01/01 it will expire 01/31 so you kind of get a month free

So my wife's membership expired in June, I haven't been on for years, I refuse to be a second member. I got this with no issues at all. I take we can keep going back and forth with my wife and my name?as long as we don't add each other as a 2nd member?
