I have watched these Amazon ads many times and never got the promised reward.

I just checked again and it worked. To find the ad, I pressed the Home button on the remote then scrolled up and left/right through the large ads. Didn't see it, pressed home button again, scrolled up, then left/right through the different ads. A few tries had it appear. This is faster than waiting 5 minutes for the screensaver ads to appear and then waiting for each of those to switch.

ya no credit was given after getting the email confirmation. This has happened before the past. I never got it in this those cases, IIRC

This worked for me as well. I tried a lot with no luck, unplugged the firestick to reboot and tried a few more times and got it. Thanks!

Unfortunately, I don't see a Mazda ad on my Fire TV 4K Max (2nd Gen) in my bedroom nor do I get one on my Fire TV 4K Max (1st Gen) in my living room. However, I do get a Volvo trailer w/ that actor from Severance on my 1st Gen Fire TV 4K Max, lol 😅.

Messed around with my Fire 4K Max this morning while eating breakfast. Rebooted it once, installed a system update, let a few ads play, and waited for the Screensaver to come up. Nothing so far it appears. Might be randomly chosen accounts who receive the ad.

Same thing since I saw ad this morning, got confirmation that I'll be sent an email but nothing, and I verified it on a movie's page.

I saw the ad and I got the confirmation email, but the $5 credit doesn't discount a video's price. I see the $5 under the Redeem a Gift Card or Promotional Code, but the price of the video doesn't take into account that I have the credit. For example, a video that's on sale for $4.99 shows that the price is still $4.99, but in the past when I have these credits, it will discount it to $0
