Couldn't pay me to go to Best Buy. I preordered a game that came with a preorder bonus item. I go to pick it up on launch day and they just shrugged their shoulders even though some people around me got the bonus (or extra bonuses for no reason) with their orders. Online's response was the generic "while supplies last" and didn't try to make it right.

Another month, another certificate I didn't get. If they're going to do this, they really need to be more transparent about the qualifications of who they're deciding to send them to. There seems to be absolutely no rhyme or reason.

I got a $10 and already had gotten a $10 from mcdsonalds monopoly. But main thing I want is a tv and was likely waiting for the 2026 models. So not sure how I am going to use them.

For years I never got these when people said they did. Now, I got one in the past year and then this one for $10 today. No clue what their algorithm is, it's very random.

The rhyme or reason is, you're a customer they think throwing you $5/$10 will yield higher return back.
