Seller doesn't say anything about battery life or if it had been replaced.

I would be curious if it has over 80% left.

Standard definition of refurb is a minimum 80%. Not guaranteed here, unfortunately (unless I missed it)

Free return, might as well order and see. In my experience these bulk sellers can't keep track of every phone, so they just have a blanket statement of 80% or more. If it's truly refurb there's a decent chance the battery was replaced. I've ordered from this seller before and one of the phones I got was new old stock. 100% battery and eligible for apple care.

This bulk seller typically lists the battery percentage if you look through their other feedback. That leads me to believe that these won't be as thoroughly checked. There is also only 5 feedback for this specific item that arent automated, yet none mention battery.

Refurbed with no description of what was refurbed doesn't sound any different from used. Phone was "cleaned" could mean they wiped it for a second or two with some alcohol.
If it was refurbished and the battery replaced - it would say that.
However, if the battery was replaced by anyone but apple, you have zero guarantee that your phone won't be damaged if exposed to water as the weather seals were likely not put back as apple originally installed. TBH, even apple replacing the battery at an apple store might not guarantee the seals are 100% intact with IP rating.
Bad deal.

i got one before the deal was posted for $350. Battery life was 83%. General condition is probably "good" but def not better. The back of the phone looks in great shape but the screen had tons of scratches to the point where I'm considering sending it back. I wasn't expecting a "like new" phone but that's a lot of scratches. However, I assume its just luck of the draw, some phones might be in great condition and some (like mine" might just be "good".
