The monitor runs on 5VDC. You would have to look at the wall wart for approvals.

They runoff USB-C, and they're ridiculously nice for $40, mine do not need external power just the one display cable.

The fact that it includes a separate portable stand instead of kickstand seems kind of annoying from a portability perspective. I guess it offers more flexibility but, for me, portability and convenience is key with these monitors.

The Acer refurbs from ebay posted on SD look to have been a better deal. (Like new condition with 2yr warranty.)
