It showed up for me in tlife. I called the number listed, they confirmed I qualified, said I was getting it.However, no new number of showing up in my tlife account's line list. How long does it take to show up in my account?
If you pick physical SIM card, it can take up to 2-3 days for the number to show up How many paid lines and how many free lines you have?

Don't see it for me either on the same plan. Still $10/month to add a line
I don't see it either but I'm on Magenta Max First Responder and it's 27 bucks/mo to add a line. 22 with autopay. If I could get a 3rd for 10 I'd probably bite.

I see the promotion in my account home page after logging in to T-Life. I then call 833-579-2294 per the instruction and got the free line.
Same Process Here

The tax on the free line comes out to almost $5
It depends on what plan you have. I have Go5G Plus, which doesn't have any taxes or fees.

Ok.

The offer showed showed up in tlife, I called, cc charged for activation, they did say I would get a sim, but the kit would let me do an eSIM as well.

I just figured the new number would show up in my account within a few hours.

I got the email, and the offer showed up in T-Life home page. I used the in-app chat and they added the line for a $10 activation fee and sent me a SIM.

I'm on whatever plan the Sprint SERO plan became. I already have 1 free line on the account. On the phone, the rep said it showed as eligible on my account, so she tried to walk me through adding a line, but it only showed paid options. I stayed on hold for about 30 minutes while she spoke to people on her end and they came back and said despite it saying it was offered to me, they couldn't apply it.
That's what mine is as well! Old SERO and now is called "T-Mobile Unlimited Plan". I've had it going on ~17 years. I was just able to add the free phone line via chat by using the promo code!

I got it. I just activated
How long did you have to wait from order until you could activate via eSIM? I had my free line added, but it looks like a SIM card is being shipped.

I have a Simple Choice plan from over a decade ago. Went thru t-life app chat, provided the promo ID, and support confirmed I qualify. Also got the free line promo from earlier this year. Good luck to the rest of the thread.
They always say that.

Good luck.

I'm assuming the additional $5 per line on the bill will apply to this as it did with the previous freebie lines.
Not sure what you are referring to. I have 10 lines. 5 of which are free. What's the $5?

What do most people do with a free line? Add one of their kids or tell a friend? What is so great?
It's free. Free is always good. And after a year. You port out a paid line. Then port it back onto the free line. I've done this 5 times. Slowly you can work up to all free lines. If I can snag this I'll have 4 paid and 6 free this time next year.
