Costco T-Mobile told me about a new trade-in deal starting TODAY (12/11). Go5G gets...
I just added the line by calling the Costco T-Mobile line. The associate was able to see the promo immediately, waived the $10 activation fee and said I would get a $75 Costco shop card in 90 days. took around 20 minutes from beginning to end to get it done.
edit: I see the promo code attached to the line on the "my promotions" page on the tlife app. I also received a text confirming the promo to the new line.

After cancelling the main line after 18yrs with them (since before it was Tmo) 6-9 months later a bill came for the "free line" from 3 years prior that we did not "cancelled" according to them. You cant ever get a cancellation person so they report it to the credit bureau.
IM wtF, I have cancelled all my lines ( cancelling the parent one and porting all the numbers out) was not enough but i had to also tell them that the "free line" will not be needed. They ignored the last part
