I've never seen a real Milwaukee battery come out of amazon. Been there done that, and will no longer return. This seems like a fine deal for the real stuff.

Same. Ive ordered 2 Milwaukee batteries from Amazon 3 years apart and they were both fake. The last one looked almost identical but wouldn't deliver enough power to my torque wrench to bust lug nuts lose. I had to dig deep to find out if it was a fake.

And like the guy mentioned above, Amazon isnt an authorized dealer for Milwaukee and they will NOT honor warranty for any Milwaukee items sold there.

Amazon sells tons of fake Milwaukee batteries. And they are not an authorized dealer so there is no warranty.

I've ordered batteries from Amazon numerous times as well as tools. Didn't have an issue getting warranty from Milwaukee on a battery or drill

Tons of false information in this thread. Milwaukee will provide you a warranty no matter where you got your tool from. If you did not buy from an authorized seller, they will just go by the date code on the tool instead of your purchase date as the start of your warranty period.
