Yes, they have. The longevity isn't the same. Most perfumers reformulated because of laws in the EU where most of the designer fragrances come from. They are using less cancer causing chemicals. The Acqua di Gio Parfum (not eau de parfum) is, imo, their best in terms of of performance and scent. They did just release an elixir not too long ago which is more concentrated but not as crowd pleasing as the parfum.

And so, worse performance but fewer cancer causing agents. Lol
