That's wild I bought this last time it popped up on here and it's been incredible. Are you by chance using a regular measuring cup instead of the one that comes with it? An American measuring cup isn't the same as the 180ml cup that come with rice makers.
Bought this for $350 when I was stupid one day. I don't see what all the fuss is about, comes out mushy a lot of times, even after adjusting water and looking into correct ratios. If I had to purchase one again I'd go for the one that has an outside water tank and automatically dispenses how much water is needed!

I only use it for GABA brown rice after I used to use instant pot, my rice is perfect every single time, and much healthier!
