Pretty legit collection. Too bad you can't get MK9 digitally, blows all of these out of the water.

This does not include the 'Unlock all krypt items' add-on for MKX, so I'd be wary of this actually containing all add-ons across all games.

Oh! Well it was a remake of Mortal Kombat 1-3 on the 360/PS3/PC. So if you grew up playing mortal kombat, it was a good mix of nostalgia and new graphics

Mechanically, it's the most pure MK of the modern games, without any of the gimmicks of the newer games that a lot of the community weren't fans of, such as Kameos in MK1 and the multi-fighting style system of MK11. It also contained a decent amount of the old roster which was a complaint for MKX and MK11 as they replaced a lot of the roster for the children of established characters or new characters altogether.

Not saying that the later games were bad, they just weren't up to the standards that the community was expecting after the exceptional MK9.
