When they say "pet" it is not "longhair pets". Please read long time reviews with pictures of this brush design with silver sides on Amazon, they are brutal. After 3-4 months the "tangle free" brush gets clogged if have a lot of pet hair, with no way to clean it. There are special 38 security screws to disassemble the motorized brush, it is not user serviceable. eBay is full of these "refurbished" at discounted price from Shark repair shops, I bet all they do is clean it after it gets clogged. I'd rather get NV752 with regular brush that you can clean and replace.
