As much as I hate AI.. I did compare this to the cuckoo filter at Walmart currently on sale and it pointed out that this unit has no auto mode. Looking at the Amazon description, you have to purchase it separately

I love these little guys. They're not that powerful with around 50cadr but they were perfect for pairing with a Battery Pack, USBC to DC Cable, Mesh Beach tote and running in the car during the massive wild fires we had here.
Also gifted that setup to a family member to take with them to their chemo infusion appointments though if the room is big with a lot of patients I'm not sure how much protection it adds but it seems like it would be better than nothing
