I bought these from the last sale and it was a nightmare to set them up and pair. No matter how many times I reset them, they either just won't show up or fail to pair after showing up like 1 in every 5 attempts. Even contacting the support did not help much, they simply asked me to follow the guide, then I realized the one mistake I was making, while long pressing for reset, one has to wait for the 4th chime instead of 3 (as per the instructions, possibly a translation issue) and that did the trick, they got reset and paired finally. Since then, they have been working well for me.
