I own several high speed Traxxas RCs, I can tell you more metal just makes crashes more catastrophic as the shock is transferred to more and more parts that bend and warp rather than a clean break in 1 spot. As first commentor mentioned though, nothing will be replaceable in this anyways, so it's a moot point.

This is a UDI chassis and likely uses UDI parts. Not sure if that would make finding parts easier or not https://udirc.com/collections/rc-parts

I wasn't disappointed. Just jumped it off my deck into my snow filled yard. As long as I didn't stop, it ripped through the snow. Can't speak on longevity but I'm letting it dry now. Already had $60 bucks worth of fun

This seems awesome but something that goes 40 mph is going to break when(not if) it crashes and getting parts for this is a probably impossible.

None of these parts look too different from generic Chinese components readily available on Ali. I'm actually curious how this one compares to the MJX one that community liked a lot and considered a good buy for ~$100. On paper, the specs look very similar and the reviews look positive, too. Any code for their 1:14 cars?

In41, If I break it, the components could go into my brushed buggy.
