They have screwed this product completely. Added a bunch of fees. What used to be $30 a year is now $45 or so with fees.. Buyer beware

no, you can not stack them. one year at a time, if you use a new renewal if overrides the last one, they don't add on to each other.

My plan activated in middle February a few years ago and kept renewing. I didn't realize last year they renewed it in January, taking away a month. And also the fees too they added. But at least this plan doesn't have the fee unless it renews later.

Red Pocket's $30 annual plan stands out for unlimited talk and text with 200MB on the GSMA network, and it can work well as a low data primary line or paired with a separate data plan. The eBay listing offers physical SIM, eSIM, or renewal, with free shipping and fast email delivery of activation codes. The main catch is cost creep, since taxes and fees can push renewals to around $45, and the plan appears to be tied to AT&T compatible phones. Activation is also time sensitive, with a 90 day window and no stacking, so any renewal overrides the current cycle.

  • Mid-cycle data top-ups are available without pricey overages.

  • eSIM activation can be fast after ordering, with an activation code arriving quickly.

  • Unlimited talk and text can support a primary phone number use case.

  • Auto-renew can be managed from the account dashboard without sending a new SIM.

Possibly. Someone will need to confirm, but fwiw the old plan (before it was unlimited) was able to be renewed at 30 per year yes.

Could be a great primary number too now that it's unlimited talk and text, if you can pair it with a high data/hotspot plan

Are you sure? I thought that's only when you renew with a different plan. When renewing the same exact plan, it should stack. Or at least that was the case a year ago

Red Pocket seems enforcing a 90-day activation period for Online Product Purchases, which include devices and SIM kits bundled with a service plan.
"J. Online Product Purchases. For all Devices and SIM Kits purchased online ("Online Product Purchases"), Company reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Company confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product that you ordered, Company will cancel and refund your order purchase based on the full price paid. Online Product Purchases are not intended for resale. You are not eligible to request a refund for any Online Product Purchases when forty-five (45) calendar days have passed since the order date ("45-Day Refund Exclusion"). Online Product Purchases that are subject to the 45-Day Refund Exclusion, that are bundled with a service plan, and that are not subsequently activated will automatically become inactive after ninety (90) calendar days following the order date."

IIRC the old $30 200min/1000text/200MB plan was on the T-Mobile network. This new one appears to be on the AT&T network, correct?

description states GSMA and they ask to bring ATT compatible phone, so yea looks like this is for ATT only
