Best Buy can have weird policies, especially regarding Black Friday and Cyber Monday pricing. Might depend on the associate/manager you speak with.

I guess there's always the nuclear option of buying it again and returning it with the old receipt.

Call up customer service. Since you still within the return window. Ask if they can price correct vs you returning and picking up the same item cheaper. Do not tell them if you do not have the box anymore since that is required for returns. They rather do this than have return and lose money on open box items. That would be the best course of action to take.

Brand: AOC Model Number: 27G50F Product Name: 27" 27G50F IPS, FHD, 144hz, "G-Sync Compatible", Gaming Monitor

Many monitor nows can do both. All G-sync compatible means is that it uses AMD freesync module instead of Gsync module when using Nvidia graphics card. A freesync uses freesync module or direct from AMD GPU. This has been going on for years now and nearly impossible to tell the difference between the two anymore. When Gsync first came out, Freesync could not compete. Now there is nearly zero difference. Gsync you just wasting money paying for the name, like any brand.

Someone posting deals probably does not know the nuances of computer parts. Hopefully the above cleared up any confusion.
