- Network Restrictions
- Network transfers are blocked for this offer. Lines must remain on Dark Star for the full duration of the annual cycle. The line's authorized payment method may be charged the difference between the full price of the annual plan and the discounted promotional price.
- Prepaid cards will be issued only after successful activation on a qualifying port-in line on Dark Star and acceptance of the Terms & Conditions on the US Mobile Dashboard. prepaid cards expire 90 days from issuance and may take up to 7 days to be provisioned upon successful activation. Users must also navigate to the US Mobile Dashboard's Rewards section and accept the Terms & Conditions 30 days after activation in order to claim their prepaid card.
- If the line is canceled, suspended, refunded, or switched to an ineligible plan before prepaid card issuance, the prepaid card will be forfeited.
- Promotional offers apply to the first year only. Upon renewal, all lines will renew at the standard full price of their respective annual plans.

Unfortunately, ATT sucks in my area. Otherwise, seems like a nice deal.

Although as someone else mentioned, one caveat is that you're stuck on the Dark Star for a year which is AT&T service. The 50% off Multi-Network add-on (which I assume makes the cost from $7.50/mo -> $3.75/mo) would be worth getting since it allows your phone to use T-Mobile and Verizon networks in case AT&T sucks in your area.

I am delighted with my recent promotional deal for $199. I got them to allow it for me as a current customer by starting my plan over, 10 days early, vs paying $250 had I waited until it was finished/due. Even that took some persistence. That promotion would have expired before my plan did.
Using Verizon towers with the highest priority data is the best thing about US Mobile for us. But some areas are not that good with VZW.
We went from paying ~ $150 per month for 2 lines to ~ $33 at this $199 per line annual price. I am not aware of another MVNO with top-priority Data for VZW.
We tried another one (Visible) but Data was hit or miss.
I'm also reading that Google voice costs $20 to port. Is everyone just taking that into account, bc no one seems to mention it?
