Unfortunately, ATT sucks in my area. Otherwise, seems like a nice deal.
"Pay $270 up front, then receive a $151 prepaid card at activation with code SWEETER119. Or get a sweet deal of $149 at checkout with code SWEET149"
And for the Unlimited Premium:
"Pay $390 up front, then receive a $211 prepaid card at activation with code SWEETER179. Or get a sweet deal of $239 at checkout with code SWEET239"
Although as someone else mentioned, one caveat is that you're stuck on the Dark Star for a year which is AT&T service. The 50% off Multi-Network add-on (which I assume makes the cost from $7.50/mo -> $3.75/mo) would be worth getting since it allows your phone to use T-Mobile and Verizon networks in case AT&T sucks in your area.
EDIT: read the terms and conditions and you must activate within 30 days

In that case, it makes sense to use a virtual CC or a prepaid visa card for the initial payment, and then get rid of the card or empty it.
I believe they cannot stop the port out because that isn't allowed per FCC regulations.
Seems like the 167 deal is better unless you just want Unlimited Starter and don't care about hotspot and international data.
