No it is not, the 5060 Ti is 8GB, not 16GB.

Negative, you can drop in the last am5 cpu in there and 6060ti or 6070ti with hopefully lower or similar wattage and your good to go . Very upgradeable .

Is this much better PC than the Costco one with Core Ultra 225F and RTX 5060? I really don't need it for any gaming, just office use and occational VMs and may be occasional photo processing.

This is a great deal at this price. 5060ti 8gb is fine. You can't run ultra settings at 1440p but no machine can under $1000. Down the road sell the gpu for $200+ and buy a 9070 or 5070 gpu for ~$500+. The 32gb ddr5 ram makes this a buy now think later proposition.

So close to the best desktop deal of the season. Just needed that 16GB 5060Ti.

Better than the Skytech deal that comes with a monitor? https://slickdeals.net/f/18958546-skytech-azure-3-gaming-desktop-intel-i5-14400f-nvidia-rtx-5060-32g...
8700F vs 14400F, 8700F slightly better in gaming, will have better multicore performance tho. 5060 Ti 8GB will be around 15% faster at 1440p.

You can get 1440p Gaming VA monitors for low as $140, I think overall their value is very similar, given the performance differences or the benefit of the included monitor. However, I personally wouldn't get a VA monitor for gaming and prefer an IPS for better motion clarity.

Both are good options I say, probably more depends on what your budget is, do you have a monitor and what not.

Try really hard to find one of the 7700xt or the 5060ti 16 GB for a bit more. This is a good deal, but a horrible choice.
