I have 2 of these (got both for $40 each new on fb marketplace) and they're amazing. The only stipulation is that you need the V2 Pro 2023 edition, which I believe this is. It improves some things over the previous version, ESPECIALLY the microphone. I use an external condenser microphone for gaming but the microphone included in the headset is the best me and my friends have ever heard. You can't tell it's a headset mic unlike basically any other headset. If mic quality is a necessity for you then this headset is amazing (assuming you aren't going with a dedicated mic). The battery lasts a long time and they are comfy and sound great. The worst part of them is Razer software. It's atrocious. Just download, change your pertinent settings, and then kill it from running in the background.

"frequently returned item" as per Amazon. Apparently this product is known for reliability issues. Buyer beware.

I think one of the things they fixed with the v3 is better articulation in the earcups. The v2s only pivot along one axis, which causes some stress on the joint and possibly discomfort- depending on your head.
