Not the best reviews. 3.2 on Google. I ended up canceling my order. A lot of people say it stops working quickly or the fan just blows the dirt away as you try to vacuum it, etc.

Hm... I have two versions of this vacuum. One "system" with more bells and whistles and one exactly like that.

Bot work really well for 3 and 2 years respectively. Other than small dust compartment it's amazing. I also heard about reliability issues, but it didn't really affect me.
I can also recommend Shark Cyclon if you ok with bulkier, but way more powerful model. It's slightly more expensive

My complaint: the dock weighs near nothing and is very skinny. So it's constantly on its side or leaned against the wall. It's so shockingly bad I almost returned it just for that reason.

This is not a good vacuum, I ended up returning to Costco a little less than a year of use since it started to make a very high pitch noise. The dirt chamber is a pain to in the ass to clean, and the cradle that holds the filter gets clogged constantly so you need to clean it with like a toothbrush or something, it's incredibly annoying. I'd say stay away from this product.
