They made 7 of these?!
It's the 14th highest-grossing film series of all time and the lowest grossing movie still pulled in over $440 million. All were accompanied by massive marketing campaigns including extensive tie-ins.

Either you're feigning incredulity trying to be clever and edgy or you've somehow escaped rather unavoidable marketing campaigns.

But, I suppose this is Slickdeals and every thread needs someone to pretend they aren't aware the number of films in a massive media franchise. It's basically the new version of saying "No HDMI. Pass" on non electronic deals.

Lol, I'm pretty sure everyone wants to forget the Mark Wahlberg installments. The first one and Bumblebee were the only memorable ones. And maybe the one with the girl with the long tongue.

The marketing campaign didn't focus on the number of movies. I stopped paying attention after the second one.

Thanks for labeling as Apple deal of the day, still hoping they're gonna put the other box. Set of South Park episodes on sale.

The entire concept of the Transformers was stupid. All the "bad" guy got to be cool military vehicles and the good guys cars and trucks. Since it was nothing but a cash grab to sell toys to kids (to be fair they were not the only ones who did this) the entire back story is not very deep. They blew stuff up real good and made millions doing it. Congrats to them... they just are not very good movies. Great special effects, yes. Great action scenes. yes. Good movies... not a chance no matter how much they made. These movies appeal to children and adults who watch due to the nostalgia.

That was honestly my first reaction, too, but when I read through the list, I was like: seen it, seen it seen it, ... , 1, 2, 3, 4, .... , ok, yeah I guess there were 7.
