Xm6. Own both and the quality, sound and anc on xm6 is far better. Comfort if you're going to be using it for 6 hours or more than this.

The XM6 and XM5 have caused many people's ears to overheat/sweat (including me). Beware. I returned my XM5's due to this.

They really fixed the problems with the Gen 2 models, I wouldn't touch these unless ANC is all you care about.

someone else said they own these and upgraded to 2nd gen, but wish they hadn't and saved the money because to them the difference was minimal. What problems did they fix with these 2nd gen model? I'm trying to decide.
