Features:
- Unlike traditional circular ear buds, the design of EarPods is defined by the geometry of the ear. Which makes them more comfortable for more people than any other ear bud–style headphones.
- The speakers inside EarPods have been engineered to maximize sound output and minimize sound loss, which means you get high-quality audio.
- EarPods with USB-C plug also include a built-in remote that lets you adjust the volume, control the playback of music and video, and answer or end calls with a pinch of the cord.
- Works with all devices that have a USB-C port.
- A built-in microphone precisely captures your voice while you're on the phone, taking a FaceTime call, or summoning Siri so you're always heard loud and clear.

I'll try, hopefully they do price match 🤞
I called Amazon since I was in the return window and told them I had everything in the original apple box (reminder to keep vendor boxes through any return window). They would only offer me $5.
I started the return process and ordered a new one. I called Amazon back. Spoke to someone new and told them I had started a refund and ordered a new one, but I was willing to cancel those if you could provide a credit. After a minute, the returned and quickly provided a $7 credit.

AI:
"You can't directly plug a USB-C mic into an Xbox controller's USB-C port, as that's for charging; instead, you use a 3.5mm adapter and Y-splitter setup plugged into the controller's jack, routing your USB mic (with a 3.5mm output) to the splitter, then your headset to the splitter, allowing your mic audio to work for Xbox party chat and streaming, often requiring specific adapters for proper functionality."
